DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer FREE DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $160.
For orders less than $160 we charge a flat rate $15.00 postage fee.

DELIVERY TIME & ORDER DELAYS
All orders received are processed, picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours from our Sydney warehouse.

Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers

Please make sure your details are accurate to ensure a speedy delivery.
If you have made a mistake on your order we’ll fix this up for you.

If you have not received your order within the days (or hours) specified at the time of purchase please notify our team and we'll follow up with your order.
